At 4filment, we use advanced software to ensure efficient management of stock and dispatch distribution with all of our major e-commerce platforms and courier partners.

Stock Intake & Inventory Management

As soon as we receive any shipment, we do an initial stock intake and quality inspection followed by a barcoding system of each item to ensure complete accuracy in picking and packing of each order. We undertake weekly stock takes at our warehouse, making sure that there are no discrepancies.

Pick, Pack & Ship

We pick and pack orders through our daily dispatch system. We partner with multiple courier companies to offer an array of different delivery options and competitive shipping rates as well as consultation on what the best parcel delivery options are for your business. We make sure that every product that comes into our facility is inspected for product faults and aim to rectify if any are found whilst notifying the client. Once an initial inspection has taken place, we then manage a curated rota system in which all products are monitored frequently for faults and issues in their second phase of inspection before they are ready for dispatch. We barcode and label every item within our warehouse to maximise efficiency and aid our inventory management system. We generate barcodes to provide stock control solutions as well as asset tracking management meaning that once these items are barcoded they can be tracked and applied for.
