Warehouse Operative

Part-Time London, NW10

We're looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Operative to join our fulfilment team. You'll be responsible for the day-to-day picking, packing and dispatch of orders across multiple client accounts.

What you'll do:

  • Pick and pack customer orders accurately using our barcode scanning system
  • Receive and process inbound stock deliveries
  • Maintain a clean and organised warehouse environment
  • Assist with stock takes and inventory management
  • Prepare shipments for courier collection
  • Follow bespoke packing protocols for different client brands

What we're looking for:

  • Previous warehouse or fulfilment experience preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Reliable, punctual and hardworking
  • Comfortable working on your feet in a fast-paced environment
  • Good communication skills and a team player

Embroidery Technician

Part-Time London, NW10 Sister Company

Our sister company West London Embroidery is looking for a skilled Embroidery Technician to join the team at our Park Royal facility. You'll operate multi-head embroidery machines, manage production runs, and ensure premium quality output for a range of clients.

What you'll do:

  • Set up and operate industrial embroidery machines (Ricoma experience preferred)
  • Load designs, select thread colours, and prepare garments for production
  • Monitor stitch quality and troubleshoot machine issues during runs
  • Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of embroidery equipment
  • Manage production schedules and ensure timely completion of orders
  • Work with digitisers and digitised design files to make adjustments as needed
  • Conduct quality control checks on finished products

What we're looking for:

  • Experience operating commercial/industrial embroidery machines
  • Knowledge of embroidery software and digitising processes
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple orders
  • Good colour awareness and understanding of thread types
  • Reliable, organised and comfortable in a fast-paced production environment
